A new opportunity has arisen within the Community Services team for a Fulltime Civil Enforcement Officer.
The successful applicant will work within the Community Team as a Civil Enforcement Officer, with a focus on ensuring that our council car park spaces are utilised properly and that charges are paid in accordance with the tariffs set out in each one. The role involves working within our communities to provide effective and fair enforcement.

We are looking for a self-starter, who is self-motivated and enthusiastic. You will work as part of a wider team although much of the day-to-day work will be on your own out in the community. There may be opportunities to work with several teams in the Community service, including the Countryside, Community Partnership and Community Safety teams.
Whilst we are looking for someone with experience of working in a public facing and interactive role, you do not need to have specific civil enforcement experience or knowledge as training and support will be given. Training will also be provided around the relevant legislation.

If so, an excellent opportunity has arisen to work for Hart District Council’s multi-award-winning Countryside Department. You will be part of a friendly and professional team of rangers, who are passionate about working in our beautiful landscape, to maintain biodiverse, well managed and welcoming Countryside Sites.
With a variety of areas, including SSSIs, Special Protection Areas and Country Parks, you will get the opportunity to work across several different habitat types across Hart district. The role will also support the Senior Ranger in delivering Council priorities, through increasing our profile, presence, and impact.
