The Council has launched a survey to find out how the coronavirus pandemic has affected our residents.
It will run for six weeks until 26 July 2020 and can be accessed from our COVID-19 survey webpage. The survey should take no longer than 20 minutes to complete and will ask residents their views on a range of subjects, including homes, home-working, home-schooling, employment, community and how local businesses have responded.
The information gathered will enable us to identify and plan our services and communities for the future.
Councillor David Neighbour, Leader of Hart District Council, said: “This is an important survey. Not only do we want to ensure we continue to meet our community’s needs, we want to understand how the pandemic has affected our residents and what will change as we emerge from it.
“So, I would ask all residents to please give us your feedback by completing this survey and answering as many of the questions as possible. Do share this survey with your friends and family, who live in Hart, so we get to hear from as many residents as possible.”
Further information about the survey is available on the survey webpage. There is also a dedicated telephone helpline on 020 7939 7981 and email (email@example.com) for residents who have questions, as well as a message board.
If you would prefer to have a paper copy of the survey and/or have limited access to the internet, please call the helpline above to request one. It will be sent by post, together with a reply-paid envelope so the response can be returned.
