Please complete this form if you wish to purchase a residents'/visitors' parking permit for Fleet or Hartley Wintney. If you have any queries about this form please contact the parking department by calling 01252 625990.
Residents of properties, in the available streets listed below, which do not have on site parking facilities, may apply for two Residents' parking permits. Other residents may apply for only one. Residents' parking permits are valid for one year and cost £50 each for the first permit and £75 for any second permit, if applicable. We will contact you after you applied. Most multiple occupancy dwellings are excluded from the scheme.
All residents are also eligible for Visitors’ parking permits (limit 17 x two weeks per annum per property). Although residents are allowed only one Visitors’ parking permit covering any specific two week period there is no objection to the purchase, at the same time, of up to three visitors’ parking permits covering different dates. Visitors' Parking permits are valid for two weeks and cost £10.
Scratch cards are also available for properties within the Resident Permit scheme. They are sold in books of five, £5 per book, limited to six books per month, per property. The annual allowance will be 40 books per property.
