Parking permits
Residents' parking permits are available for some streets within Fleet and Hartley Wintney:
Fleet:
Albert Street, Church Road, Clarence Road, Connaught Road, Cranbrook Court, Dunmow Hill, Glebe Court, Kent Road, 6,8,10 &12 Old Cove Road, 18a Reading Road, Upper Street, Victoria Road, Wellington Avenue, 51 &53 Fleet Road
Hartley Wintney:
Oakland Terrace, the un-named link road connecting Oakland Terrace to the A30 High Street adjacent to Hattons Pond, Oakley Place, and Hardings Lane.

Apply online for Fleet or Hartley Wintney residents' permits.
You will need to submit proof of residency (Council Tax/utility bill). Copies are acceptable as long as the details are clearly legible. You will also need to supply a copy of the V5 (vehicle log book). We will contact you after we receive your application and relevant documentation. Parking permits cost £50 and we will charge you £75 for any second permit, if applicable.

Scratch Cards
If you are a resident and wish to purchase Scratch Cards, please use the Online Payments section. Please select ''Parking' from the drop-down box, and then further select 'Residents Scratch Cards' from the second drop-down box. This will take you to the payment form. Scratchcards cost £5 for a book of 5 cards. A maximum of 6 books of scratchcards can be bought in a calendar month.
