Hart District Council is committed to working with residents, businesses and charities to improve the services it delivers across the district. Consultation is an essential part of this and we need to know your thoughts on changes that we intend to make. This page provides information on the current consultations that are open as well as information on consultations that have ended in the past six months.

Open consultations
May 2022 - The council is asking the Hart community for feedback on the Civic Quarter Regeneration, through a questionnaire. This will help to determine a set of ‘critical success factors’ which will guide and tailor future decisions. For more information and to complete a feedback form, please visit the Civic Quarter Regeneration webpage [3]. The questionnaire will close at 4pm on Monday 4 July.
Past consultations (within the last six months)
February 2022 - Hart District Council consulted on the Licensing Act 2003 Statement of Licensing Policy [4]
January 2022 - Hart District Council consulted on the Yateley, Darby Green and Frogmore Neighbourhood Plan submission [5].
December 2021 - Hart District Council consulted on the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL). Please visit the CIL webpage [6] for more information.

These consultations are not run by Hart District Council. They are run by other local organisations but could effect residents and businesses within Hart.
