All activities must be paid for on the day of booking. Please keep a track of the amount owed for each event as you fill out this form, as the total amount will be needed for the separate payment form. You will find steps on how to pay on the next page once you have submitted your form.
Please note: refunds will only be given if the booking is cancelled 2 weeks prior to the event. Any cancellations later than this are unable to be refunded.
