Our Preferred Partners
Hart District Council works with its Registered Provider / Housing Association partners who operate within in the District. As Hart District Council does not own any housing stock, these Housing Associations provide both rented and shared ownership housing for the district. See the box on the right-hand side for our preferred partners, those organisations who have demonstrated they are committed to providing a high level of service to their customers locally. Other organisations are welcome to contact us to find out more about being approved for our preferred partners list.
Local Development Framework
The Housing Service is working closely with Planning Section on the Local Development Framework and Core Strategy for Hart to ensure the affordable housing needed is delivered as part of the plans for the future of Hart.
