
Service Plans
Every year in February, each of Hart's Services produce a plan detailing their priorities for the coming year. These plans are presented to Cabinet for approval and are also inspected and challenged by the Overview and Scrutiny Committee prior to publication.
In October the plans are reviewed to check the progress of the service against their plan. The outcomes of these reviews are reported to the Overview and Scrutiny committee.
The Service Plans for 2011/12 are available in Portable Document Format from the Downloads section to the right.
From 2009/10 our service plans have been incorporated into our Covalent performance management system software to make them more interactive, and to enable more frequent updates by service leads. As a consequence of this the version available here is the version approved by Cabinet in March but may be subject to further revision during the year.
