Our Performance

February 2011. The coalition government have changed the way which local government reports performance to central government again. Simplification has led to withdrawal of many of the National indicators and a change to the way in which some are being reported by government departments. The Communities & Local Government website will have the latest information.

The latest status of our National Indicator outturns may be downloaded from the "Downloads" panel to the right. This shows the outturns and the year to which they refer. Please note that the Place Survey indicators will not be updated for 2009/10 because the Place Survey was cancelled by central government.

Hart's Overview & Scrutiny committee review the council's performance quarterly, usually in February, June, September and November (although these may change depending on their work programme). The performance reports appear in the agendas for these meetings. Links to the most recent may be found in the "See Also" panel to the right. These performance reports contain mainly local performance indicators which Hart's management team have agreed with members.
