What to do if you have a complaint
If you have a complaint about our handling of a FOI request or wish to appeal against our decision, please use Hart's complaints procedure.
A complaint may be submitted, in the first instance, to the Service FOI Contact who initially handled the request. They will try to, where possible, resolve the complaint.

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of Hart’s internal complaints procedure, you can contact the Information Commissioner, who will investigate the complaint and take any necessary action.
