Shared Legal Services

We operate a shared legal service with Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council, giving both councils access to a wide range of facilities and expertise.

The service is based at Basingstoke, but a team of legal officers work in Fleet on a rota basis, providing legal advice and enforcement activity to support the work of Hart District Council.
