Voter registration forms will be despatched to every home in the District of Hart towards the end of August. The information provided from this annual canvass of all the households will form the basis of the new Register of Electors, which will be published on 1 December.

You should respond to us by 15th October to ensure that you are on the register. The internet and phone registration services will only be available until 20th November 2011.
If you do not have access to a telephone or computer – you can confirm your details by just signing the form and returning it in the envelope provided. Please use the internet or phone service if possible as this substantially reduces the cost of this exercise.
If any households have not received their 2011/2012 registration form by late September 2011 they should contact Electoral & Registration Services.
