The Committee Services team supports the Council's decision making process by:

• Arranging Council and Committee meetings
• Putting together agendas for the meetings
• Preparing and publishing the minutes of meetings
• Giving procedural advice at council meetings
• Providing research support to non-executive members

We hope that these pages will help to explain how decisions are made and encourage you to become more involved in the democratic process.
