Planning Services, Civic Offices, Harlington Way, Fleet. The Offices are open Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5pm and Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm.  We operate a Planning Surgery Monday to Fridays between 10am - 12:30pm and 1:30pm - 4pm.

Planning Support register all Planning applications, deal with comments on current applications, send out all consultations on applications and administer the appeals process.  The team also deals with Public Speaking at Planning Committee and Local Land Charges.

The Development Management Team deals with Planning Applications, Pre Application Advice, and Permitted Development (Do I need Planning Permission?).  The team also deals with applications to comply with conditions, Minor amendments to planning applications, Planning Appeals and Planning Enforcement.  The generic email for this team is: planningadmin@hart.gov.uk

This team deals with applications for work to protected trees and for application to do works to trees in Conservation Areas.  They also deal with making Tree Preservation Orders, and also with Listed Buildings and the Local List.  The generic email for tree works is: trees@hart.gov.uk  and the email address for Listed Buildings and Conservation issues is: heritage@hart.gov.uk
