Viewing Planning Applications

Please note that at this time you can only use the Planning Online service with Internet Explorer

Planning applications made to Hart District Council can be viewed through Planning Online (available between the hours of 7am and 11pm).  A guide to using Planning Online is available in the downloads area to the right of this page.

Here you will be able to look at the planning application, including the application forms and the drawings as submitted by the applicant.  Please note that these are generally viewable on-line within 5 working days of the application being made valid and neighbour letters being sent out.  In publishing planning application details on line our primary aim is to encourage more community engagement through giving greater opportunity to see and comment upon development proposals. It is not our intention however, to replicate all the planning file and subsequent correspondence electronically.

Access to the on-line service is also available in the reception area at the Civic Offices in Fleet, where an officer will be available during surgery hours should you need help interpreting the plans.

Using the on-line service you will be able to view application files from the mid 1990s onwards, however older applications can also be viewed on microfiche in the Civic Offices reception

Civic Offices Reception opening hours: (except Public Holidays)
8:30am – 5:00pm Monday to Thursday
8:30am – 4:30pm Friday

Planning Surgery hours: (except Public Holidays)
10:00am – 12:30pm and 13:30pm -  4:00pm Monday to Friday
