Odiham Village Design Statement

The Odiham Village design Statement has been produced by a group of Odiham residents, working closely with the community, with the support of the Odiham Society, Odiham Parish Council and Hart District Council.  It relates to the whole of the Parish of Odiham and covers the settlements as well as the countryside extending to the parish boundaries.

Statement sets out the valued features of Odiham Parish, the areas of the Parish that needs to be enhanced and conserved, as well as the potential challenges and opportunities for the future.  Guidance notes are provided, intended to help householders and businesses when designing for change and applying for planning permission.

The Village Design Statement will be a material consideration in the determination of planning applications within Odiham.
