Site Allocations and Development Management DPD

The Council’s current intention is to supplement the Core Strategy with an additional Development Plan Document containing site allocations and development management policies which are deemed inappropriate for inclusion within the Core Strategy.   A key aspect of this DPD will be identifying the additional development sites needed deliver the housing distribution set out within the Core Strategy.

Work is not expected to start on this DPD until after the examination into the soundness of the Core Strategy i.e. 2013.
