Local Development Framework

The Council is currently preparing a Local Development Framework which will set out the long term spatial planning framework for the district.  LDF's comprise of a suite of different documents - click on the links below for further informaton on Hart's LDF documents.

• Local Development Scheme (the LDF timetable)
• Core Strategy Development Plan Document (in progress)
• A Vision for Fleet Town Centre
• Open Space Development Plan Document (in progress)
• Site Allocations and Development Management Development Plan Document (not started)
• Yateley Village Design Statement Supplementary Planning Document (adopted)
• Annual Monitoring Report
• Statement of Community Involvement

Note: The Development Plan Documents in the above list will replace the current saved Local Plan policies.  They are examined by an independent inspector before they can be adopted.

As part of the preparation process for the LDF, an Evidence Base of information is currently being collected and compiled.
