LDF Transport Assessment

Hart District Council commissioned HTP Consulting to undertake a Preliminary Transport Assessment as part of the evidence base for the Local Development Framework.  It includes assessments of the candidate sites from the Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment (SHLAA) dated February 2010, which has now been superseded.  Further, more detailed transport assessments will be undertaken as the LDF progresses, particularly as the Core Strategy is progressed and sites are allocated for development. The Preliminary TA was prepared before the most recent SHLAA and therefore changes made in updating the SHLAA are not reflected in this document.
