Audit of town and village centres

A second audit of the different uses and vacancies within the six main town and village centres within Hart was carried out during 2010.  The audit focuses on: Blackwater, Fleet, Hartley Wintney, Hook, Odiham and Yateley.

The report will be updated annually to enable change within the centres to be monitored over time to measure the vitality and viability of town centres as required by Planning Policy Statement 6, as well as informing the Council's Annual Monitoring Report.
