The Hart District Local Plan (Replacement) adopted 23rd December 2002 can be viewed online via the interactive version, available by clicking the link below.  Please note that the interactive version does not include the First Alterations Policies, nor does it take account of the two directions by the Secretary of State.

Hart District Council adopted First Alterations to the Local Plan on 22nd June 2006, now forms part of the Development Plan for the District and will provide the basis for planning decisions:
