Hart District Local Plan: Core Strategy 2011-2029
Public Consultation

Hart District Council has published a new Hart District Local Plan: Core Strategy 2011-2029 (Pre-Submission Version) and an accompanying Sustainability Appraisal for public consultation.

The consultation will run from Wednesday 14 November 2012.  Responses must be received by 5pm Monday 7 January 2013. Consultation is now CLOSED

Note that a Transport Assessment and an updated Habitat Regulations Assessment will be published as soon as possible.

Subject to the outcome of the consultation, the plan, and supporting documents, will be submitted to the Secretary of State for an examination by an independent Planning Inspector.  This is anticipated to be in March 2013.  For the full timetable of Local Plan preparation please see the Local Development Scheme
