Draft Planning Document Goes on Show
A DRAFT planning document that covers all of Hart’s largest settlements goes on public exhibition at the Harlington Centre in Fleet on Monday February 1 (11am-7pm).
The document “Urban Characteristic and Density “is an analysis of the built environment in Fleet, Church Crookham, Odiham, Hook, Hartley Wintney, Blackwater and Yateley.
It is intended that it will eventually form part of the evidence base for the emerging Hart Local Development Framework, which, when finalised, will replace the current Local Plan.
The full range of documents will be available to view on the Hart website for six weeks from February 1 to March 15.
At the exhibition members of the public will be able to view the entire document as well as question both council officers and the consultant who drafted it.
The main issue for comment is whether the document accurately reflects the form and character of the seven settlements. Response forms will be available on the day and on the Hart website.
Additional copies will be available for the public to read in Fleet, Odiham and Yateley libraries until March 15.
