Hart Private Landlords’ Forum

Landlords and lettings agents with property in Hart and the surrounding areas are being invited to a meeting of Hart Private Landlords’ Forum on Tuesday 18 May 2010 at 6pm at the Church on the Heath, The Keys, Elvetham Heath, Fleet.

The Council has been working in partnership with local landlords since the Private Landlords’ Forum was launched more than five years ago to ensure a supply of high quality private rented accommodation across the district.  The Forum gives landlords the opportunity to discuss any issues affecting their business and how the Council can help them.

The topics for discussion at the Forum on 18 May are Local Housing Allowance, new regulations on shared housing and the implications of new legislation that will affect the sector.  Representatives from the fire service, police, tax office and National Landlords Association (NLA) will also be available to answer questions.
