Hart consults on latest Pyestock plans
HART District Council has opened public consultation on the latest plans received for the controversial Pyestock North site between Fleet and Farnborough.
Prudential Property Investments Managers and Astral Developments have lodged an application for full planning permission to erect new buildings within Class B8 (warehouse and distribution) plus ancillary offices together with access, parking infrastructure and landscaping at Hartland Park following part demolition of existing buildings. It is accompanied by an environmental statement.
The same firms have also submitted an amended outline planning application for the same development. This is accompanied by an amended environmental statement.
The documents can be inspected at Hart’s Civic Offices in Harlington Way, Fleet GU51 4AE during office hours.They can also be inspected via the council’s website www.hart.gov.uk (references 07/00764/MAJOR(outline) and 07/03197/MAJOR(full).
Copies of the environmental statements can be obtained from Michael Sparks Associates, 11 Plato Place, St Dionis Road, London SW6 4TU (tel 0207 736 6132). The new one costs £800 or on CD £10 while the amended one is £350 or £10 on CD.
Anyone wanting to make representations should write to the council at the above address or send an email to helpdesk@hart.gov.uk by February 6. All of those comments already submitted in respect of the existing application will be taken into account if they are still relevant.
