£5k from Hart to save Yelabus

HART District Council is providing £5,000 of funding to support Yelabus until the end of the year.

Yelabus  is a community based bus service provided by a local charity that serves the Yateley area.

Cllr Stephen Parker, Hart’s Cabinet Member for the Environment, commented: “Yelabus provides a valuable service to the community. There was some danger that they would have to discontinue operations without some additional funding and I am delighted that I have been able to shuffle budgets to make this funding available.”
