Why are classes at Frogmore Leisure Centre not available online?
Unfortunately due to electronic communication difficulties online bookings for Frogmore Leisure Centre has been deferred. Please enquire at Frogmore Leisure Centre for further details.
Can anyone use on-line bookings?
No, to use the on-line bookings system, you must be a 365 Premier Plus cardholder.
The 365 Premier card is the great value, easy to use, instant access card to sport and leisure in Hart District Council:-
¨ Premier Plus Card for adults with increased benefits £34 per month by direct debit or £340 for 12 months paid in advance.
¨ Premier Value Card for Over 60s, Under 16s and Students – the same benefits as Premier Plus but only £20 per month or £200 for 12 months paid in advance
Increased benefits are illustrated in the 365 leaflet, which is available from Frogmore Leisure Centre, Hart Leisure Centre and the Harlington Centre or can be downloaded from the Web
How can I get help on the on-line booking procedure?
Click on the help icon at any stage of the booking procedure. If this doesn't solve your problem, please send e-mail to leisureservices@hart.gov.uk
Can I pay for my booking on-line?
At the moment only aerobic activities, which are included in the cost of a Premier Plus 365 card, are available on the Web, therefore on-line payments are not applicable.
Future developments will include other activities and on-line payments.
As a parent, can I book junior activities on behalf of my children, using my 365 Premier card?
No, you will only be able to view and book the activities that your 365 card permits you to.
How do I cancel a booking once I have submitted it?
It is only possible to cancel bookings for aerobic classes on-line. For other activities please contact your local sports centre for assistance.
Note: With effect from 1st April 2006 365 cardholders will be charged £5.00 should they fail to show or cancel a class within the agreed cancellation period of two clear days.
Can I book on-line 24 hours a day?
No. On-line booking is only available during the normal opening times of the Centres.
Is there a limit to the number of bookings I can make on line per day?
No. Although there may be a restriction in future, should the system be misused.
How many days ahead can I book activities for?
As per the terms of your 365 card - 14 days ahead.
What is the latest I can book an activity, prior to its start time?
You can book up to the start of the class
I want to book an activity that doesn't appear in the list of available activities. How do I do this?
Not all of our activities are available on-line at the moment. If the activity you require is not in the list, please contact your local sports centre.
How do I obtain a list of my future bookings?
The 'view future bookings' button provides you with a list of all your future bookings at any of the leisure centres. These may have been booked on-line, in person or by telephone. The bookings you are in the process of making will not show in this list until you have clicked on 'submit booking' on the next page.
Can I print a confirmation of my booking to prove it has been made successfully?
If you wish, you can print a confirmation of your booking details by clicking on the 'Print’ Confirmation' button on the last page of the booking process. You are not required to take this confirmation with you when you take part in your activity.
How do I log out of on-line bookings?
Please click on the 'log out' button to complete the booking progress and return to the log-in screen.
