Aquababies - Teaching Pool

Age Range: Under 18 months (adult and babe)

Days/ Times: Mondays: 10.00 - 10.30am
Wednesdays: 1.30 - 2.00pm
Friday: 9.00 - 9.30am or 10.00 - 10.30am

Specially designed for babies. This course aims to give parents the confidence to help their babies enjoy the water. A quiet environment, lots of toys and sympathetic teachers give babies the best of starts.

Aquatots - Teaching Pool

Age Range: 18 months - 3 years (adult and child)

Days/ Times: Mondays: 9.30 - 10.00am or 10.30 - 11.00am or 11.30 - 12 noon
Tuesdays: 1.30 - 2.00pm
Thursdays: 10.30 - 11.00am or 11.30 - 12 noon
Fridays: 9.30 - 10.00am

Fun and games in the water! All designed to give toddlers confidence and independence. Parents can learn how best to help children to move and begin to learn the fundamentals of good swimming.

Aquakids - Teaching Pool

Age Range: 3 years

Days/ Times: Mondays: 11.00 - 11.30am
Fridays: 1.30 - 2.00pm

With more co-ordination and understanding the children can improve their water confidence and propulsion. Still using games and toys the teachers will help to develop the correct kicking and pulling actions and a love of the water!

Swimtots - Teaching Pool

Age Range: 3 years to school age

Days/ Times: Tuesdays: 2.00 - 2.30pm or 2.30 - 3.00pm
Wednesdays: 2.00pm - 2.30pm or 2.30pm - 3.00pm
Thursdays: 11.00 - 11.30am
Fridays: 2.00 - 2.30pm or 2.30 - 3.00pm
Saturdays: 8.00am - 8.30am

For children confident enough to branch out without parents. Highly qualified teachers will be in the water to ensure a safe and enjoyable atmosphere and encourage the children to play and experiment with movement in the water as a first progression towards swimming unaided.
