RLSS - Main Pool / Function Room

Age Range: 10 years plus (via waiting list only)
Courses designed to broaden the interests of strong swimmers (holding ASA Challenge Gold or equivalent). These lessons will teach the swimmers the skills which could save their lives and equip them to help others.

Synchronised Swimming - Main Pool

Age Range: 10 years plus
For confident swimmers with strong breast - stroke, able to swim at least 100 metres and are confident underwater.

Post Gold - Main Pool

Age Range: 10 years plus (via waiting list only)
For swimmers holding ASA Gold Challenge or equivalent. Aim to continue swimming skills, further developments of competitive starts and turns, progressive butterfly, use of equipent, etc.

National Pool Plant Operators Training Course

This course is led by an ISRM approved Trainer/Assessor.

The National Pool Plant Operators Course aims to develop the skills and knowledge for the safe and efficient operation of swimming pools.

• Chemicals used in Water Treatment  - Operation of Filters
• Water Testing  -  Energy Conservation
• Disinfection Equipment   -  Heating & Ventilation
