Beginners 1 - Teaching Pool

Age range: 4 years plus
Courses for children not yet able to swim 5 metres consistently on both front and back (width of the Teaching Pool) with swimming aids.

Beginners 2 - Teaching Pool

Age range: 4 years plus
Children must be able to swim at least 5 metres consistently on both front and back (without swimming aids).

Beginners 3 - Main Pool

Children must be able to swim 10 metres consistently (length of Teaching Pool) on front and back, swim back crawl and have a basic idea of breast-stroke kick.

Improvers 1 - Main Pool
First level deep water courses - swimmers must be confident on back crawl, front aquatic breathing breast stroke and front crawl as well as able to tread water efficiently.

Improvers 2 - Main Pool
For swimmers able to swim the 3 main strokes but in need of improvement.

Improvers 3 - Main Pool
Aimed at our top swimmers wishing to perfect their technique.
