Gym Services

Regular Programme Reviews

These are 30 minute sessions from a qualified masseur/ masseuse.

Free Weight Inductions
By increasing your lean muscle mass your body will burn calories, even at rest. You can also strengthen your deeper stabilizing muscle groups making you less prone to injury.

Fitness Testing for all abilities
Do you want to monitor your progress or see how fit and healthy you really are? If so try our fitness testing service.

Personal Training
Constant motivational guidance that can really take you to your next fitness level.

Weight Management
By teaching you the basics of good dietary habits combined with 3 personal training sessions a week, we'll help you achieve your goals.

TeenTone
A course that not only focuses on weight loss but also teaches young people what diets and foods work best for them. They'll also explore different ways of keeping fit and how to maintain their weight and fitness when the course has finished.

Special Groups

Both Hart and Frogmore Leisure Centre run schemes for the under 16's and the over 50's. A GP referral scheme is also run at Frogmore leisure Centre and a Pulmonary Rehabilitation scheme in association with Fleet Hospital is run at Hart Leisure Centre.
