Fitness Classes

All three of our centres have dozens of fitness classes which take place every week. If you want to improve your fitness, change your shape or simply feel healthier we can help!

By taking part in our classes you have the opportunity to use our highly trained and enthusiastic personal trainers for that added motivation. There is also the opportunity for you to make new friends, relax and of course achieve your fitness or weight loss goals.

If you are looking to achieve specific results call one of our Health and Fitness Managers who'll help you choose the right class for you.
