Get Moving - Get Active is a new initiative from Rushmoor and Hart Councils (and partners!) Check out the action plan in the downloads section for more information about things you can do to help yourself or where you can go for advice; there's even a few boring statistics! See for yourself and think about getting moving and staying active!

Leisure in Hart.....
Hart District Council is committed to helping its residents achieve a healthy body and mind by providing a variety of leisure facilities for all ages to enjoy. A wide range of activities are on offer to help get you motivated and moving!

The council's Leisure and Environmental Promotion department has Leisure Centres at Frogmore (Yateley) and Hart (Fleet). Together they boast 2 large state of the art gyms, a variety of fitness classes, racquet sports courts, dance classes, facilities for team sports, a swimming pool and much more.

If you or your family are interested in improving your fitness why not check out the council's 365 membership card which gives you unlimited access to both Hart and Frogmore Leisure Centre. It is the best way to pay for the activities on offer and you can book some facilities online (see the Book Activities Online page).  

As part of our Service we also believe in the conservation of the local environment. We manage and maintain many countryside sites throughout the district including Fleet Pond nature reserve, Odiham Common, Elvetham Heath nature reserve and Hazeley Heath. They are open to you all year long and we actively encourage you and your family to visit.
