The 365 Card

The council's Leisure Service operates 2 Leisure Centres, Hart Leisure Centre in Fleet and Frogmore Leisure Centre in Yateley. Both provide a variety of well equipped modern facilities. For staff and members wishing to increase their fitness and use the facilities on a regular basis there is the 365 leisure card, which can be obtained for a discounted rate of just £10 per month.

To get your 365 staff card download the form on the right of the page, fill it out and hand it to Hart Leisure Centre reception. The £10 fee will then be deducted from your wages every month.
