Any issues associated with the following applications should be directed to the local system administrator in the first instance as at present. The administrator may advise that the issue is with the underlying IT systems, in which case the issue should then be logged with the service desk for resolution. All other IT related issues should be logged with the service desk.
If in doubt, log a call and seek advice.
