Hart HR Contact Process

Meet the team:

HR First Response:

Based in Swindon, the team will be your first point of contact for all HR related enquiries, they will provide advice on routine HR enquiries and administration including how to process forms, assistance with entitlements, clarification on policies and processing all HR related paperwork. You can be assured that you will be supported by a highly customer focussed and experienced team. Team members you may speak to include Hayley Aplin, Joseph Wright, Sally Barrat, Anna Thompson, Judith Eynon-Hill, Mike Parker, Emily Weston, and Carole Bennett.

Payroll

Based in Swindon, the team will run the monthly staff payroll which includes processing timesheets and expenses, bank and tax detail changes any national and local pay awards, pension’s administration and all year end activities including P60 production. This team will also be responsible for processing payments for those on the elections Payroll.

With qualified Payroll professionals processing your pay you can be confident that you will receive timely and accurate payment on a monthly basis.  Team members include: Kerry Stewart, Kathy Smart and Emma Hillier forming part of the wider payroll team in Swindon.

HR Professional Services:

Based in Southampton, the team will support and advise on the HR queries that are escalated by the HR First Response team. The team of HR Advisors will provide managers with the appropriate support/advice needed to assist with complex employee relations issues. Team members include: Louise Thompson, Linda Rabbetts, Emma Champion, Fay MacDonald, Mandy Cottrell, Mark Lynch and Hayley Hammick.
