Timesheets
Most full and part-time staff are required to complete a timesheet to record their working times, leave and sickness absence and any time taken off in lieu of overtime or as part of their flexitime arrangements.
The recording timesheets calculate flexi-time accrued over the month to help staff with their personal time management. There are two versions of the timesheet:
Full Time (i.e. for those staff who work a standard 5 day 37 hour week)
Part Time (i.e. for those staff who work non-standard hours)
Both timesheets allow for upto three periods of work per day so that attendance at evening meetings can be recorded.
There is a small panel on each timesheet in which notes of explanation can be entered to justify any departures ffrom normal working.
