Composting you garden waste at home is best for the environment and saves time and fuel in getting to and from the tip as well as giving you free compost for the garden. The Council is offering cost price home compost bins go to our compost bin web page for details of the compost bin promotion. |
Household Waste Recycling Centres
Take your garden waste free of charge to the Household Waste Recycling Centres at Hartley Wintney and Farnborough. The garden waste is taken to a site near Basingstoke for composting | ![]() |

Unfortunately due to operational constraints we are unable to accept any new customers for the foreseeable future onto the garden waste collection scheme If you are still interested in joining the scheme please contact us with your address details and we will contact you as soon as we are able to add new customers to the service.
