Disposal options:
For just £35 a year, we will supply you with a tough, re-usable sack and empty it once a fortnight. Additional sacks for the same address costs just £17.50 a year each. To subscribe to the garden waste service call us on 01252 622122. |
 | We provide a free Christmas tree collection for all our residents who have subscribed to the garden waste collection service. Please note that Christmas trees must not have soil, pots or decorations attached. Alternatively Christmas trees can be taken to your local Household Recycling Centre |
When will my garden waste be collected?
1. Click the letter that your street name begins with and note your street collection week (A or B) and day:

2. Use the calendar below to determine the week and day your garden waste will be collected:
The garden waste collection service will be suspended over the two weeks covering Christmas and the New Year.
The last collection in 2009 will be on Friday 18th December and the service will resume on the 4th January 2010.

Composting your garden waste at home is best for the environment and saves time and fuel in getting to and from the tip as well as giving you free compost for the garden. Unfortunately we can longer offer compost bins at a reduced price, however we are looking to introduce a new compost bin scheme in the new year (2010) please check the compost bin promotion page for further details. |
