PublicAccess Licensing Application Information System

What is PublicAccess?

PublicAccess for Licensing is an on-line Internet service that allows you to view some details of licensing applications being considered by the Council. You can monitor the progress of an application, submit comments about the application, search a constantly updated list of applications received and decided each week and view details of many historic applications.

Information

1. •PublicAccess may occasionally not be available due to essential maintenance.
2. •PublicAccess is not intended to replace the Council's statutory register of licensing applications. Current licensing applications and documents are available for viewing on request at the Civic Offices, Harlington Way, Fleet (01252) 622122 during normal office hours. Historic records require 24 hours notice.

Copyright Notice

Plans, drawings and material submitted to the Council are protected by the Copyright Acts (Section 47, 1988 Act). Unless that Act provides a relevant exception to copyright, the copy must not be copied without the prior permission of the copyright owner. You may only use material which is downloaded and/or printed for consultation purposes, to compare current applications with previous schemes and to check whether developments have been completed in accordance with approved plans. Further copies must not be made without the prior permission of the copyright owner.
