Strategic Housing Market Assessment (SHMA) 2009

A Strategic Housing Market Assessment (SHMA) has been produced by consultants and covers three local authority areas:

• Hart
• Rushmoor
• Surrey Heath

The aim of the SHMA was to undertake a comprehensive and robust evidence base for the future housing supply, need and demand. The SHMA will form part of the Evidence Base for the Local Development Framework.
