Supplementary Planning Documents

As part of the Local Development Framework, Supplementary Planning Documents (SPDs) expand policies set out in a Development Plan Document or provide additional detail.  As no documents of the LDF have so far been adopted, there are no SPDs linked to the LDF.

However, the Council has adopted a Supplementary Planning Document to provide guidance on some of the policies in the Local Plan.  This is called the Yateley Village Design Framework Supplementary Planning Document, which was adopted on 11^th June 2009.  This document, and any other SPDs which are linked to policies in the Local Plan will be reviewed once the Core Strategy has been produced.
