Local Development Scheme (LDS)
The Local Development Scheme (LDS) describes the documents that Hart District Council intends to produce within its Local Development Framework (LDF). It incorporates a timetable for their production, along with details of when the public will be invited to participate.
The Council's current Scheme which took effect from 1st April 2009 (see below) is out of date, and a new one is being prepared. The timetables for the Core Strategy and the Development Management DPD have slipped by about one year following revocation of the Regional Spatial Strategy.
Although not formally ratified by the Council, an indicative timetable for the Core Strategy is set out below:
