The First Alterations to the Hart District Local Plan (Replacement) 1996 - 2006
The First Alterations to the Hart District Local Plan (Replacement) 1996 - 2006 were placed on First Deposit between 26th May and 9th July 2004. 389 objections in total were received from 82 objectors.
Hart District Council then published revised proposals for the First Alterations to the Hart District Local Plan (Replacement) 1996-2006 and these were placed on deposit for a 6 week period ending on Friday 22nd July 2005.
The Public Enquiry into the First Alterations was held at the Council Offices from 29th November 2005 to 14th December 2005.
First Alterations Inspector's Report
The Inspector's Report for the First Alterations was received on 14th June 2006:
Due to the presence of the Thames Basin Heaths Special Protection Area (SPA) an Appropriate Assessment has been undertaken. The purpose of the Assessment has been to consider whether the proposals contained within the First Alterations to the Local Plan are likely to have a significant effect on the ecological integrity of the SPA.
Adoption of the First Alterations
Hart District Council adopted Replacement to the First Alterations on 26 September 2007 detailing saved policies.
Hart District Council adopted First Alterations to the Local Plan on 22nd June 2006. They now form part of the Development Plan for the District and will provide the basis for planning decisions:
An amended Proposals Map and amended Inset Maps 14 (Hartley Wintney) and 30 (Yateley & Blackwater/Hawley) have also been produced:
- Proposals Map + amendment (indicating ALT DEV9)
- Inset Map 14 + amendment (indicating ALT DEV9)
- Inset Map 30 + amendment (indicating DEV17a and DEV17b)
