Community Plans
![]() | Community Plans were created as components of the Countryside Agency's Vital Villages programme. Hart District Council wishes to assist local communities in preparing Community Plans and encourages and supports them. A Community Plan is a vision of how you would like your town or village to be. Your plan can address any social, economic or environmental issues. It provides an opportunity to take a holistic view of your locality, local services and the needs and wishes of the community. |
Hart's aim is to encourage networking and sharing of resources between Hart's various local communities.
