Hart District Urban Capacity Study - 2002

Baker Associates were instructed by Hart District Council in October 2001 to carry out an urban housing capacity study of the district in order to inform the Hart District Replacement Local Plan (subsequently referred to as the Local Plan), which was adopted in December 2002. The study sought to identify housing provision from all sources for the main towns and selected village settlements, and is downloadable below:
