Redevelopment of Pyestock North Planning Appeal
Notification of date for submission of representations
An appeal to the Secretary of State has been lodged by Prudential Property Investment Managers Ltd & Astral Developments Ltd against the failure of Hart District Council to determine an application for outline planning permission for Part Demolition of Existing Buildings, Erection of New Buildings to use within Class B8 (Warehousing And Distribution) and Ancillary Offices, with Associated Access, Parking, Groundworks, Infrastructure and Landscaping at Land at Pyestock North (aka Hartland Park), Farnborough.
The Appellants’ Grounds of Appeal may be inspected in the Council’s Main Reception during normal office hours (Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5.00pm, Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm). Alternatively, you can view the planning application/appeal documents online at www.hart.gov.uk (UK Planning) using reference 07/00764/MAJOR.
Should you wish to re-iterate or make additional comments you must submit them, by the 1st May 2008 to The Planning Inspectorate, Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Temple Quay, Bristol, BS1 6PN quoting appeal reference number APP/N1730/A/08/2065912 or using the online service through the Appeals area of the Planning Portal, www.planningportal.gov.uk/pcs.
Please note representations received after the deadline will not normally be seen by the Inspector and will be returned.
You should be aware that at a special meeting of the Council’s Planning Committee held on 19 March 2008 it was resolved that had the Council been in a position to determine the application then it would have refused the application. The reasons for this are also available on the Council’s website.
