Annual Monitoring Report (AMR)
All Council's are required to compile an Annual Monitoring Report (AMR). It identifies the key challenges and opportunities for the District. It sets out key data on housing targets, the economy, transport and the environment. The data set out within the report will help inform the planning documents that make up the Council's Local Development Framework.
A report covering 1st April 2008 to 31st March 2009 has been submitted to the Secretary of State. The report comments on:
- Progress on the production of documents in the Local Development Scheme, the Local Development Framework project plan.
- The monitoring of a framework of Core Output Indicators
