County/Regional Plans - Blackwater Valley Network

The Blackwater Valley Network is a formal partnership between the nine local authorities that have an interest in the Blackwater Valley. The Blackwater Valley area straddles the boundaries of Bracknell Forest, Surrey Heath, Guildford, Waverley, Hart and Wokingham. The only Borough that is completely within the area is Rushmoor.

Blackwater Valley has been identified as a Sub-Region within Regional Planning Guidance (RPG). RPG 9 identifies the need for a Blackwater Valley Sub-Regional Study.
