Planning Guidance

The Planning Office endeavours to provide an efficient and helpful advice service to both the residents of the District as well as to agents and developers. In the financial year 2007/2008, we responded to 633 enquiries about permitted development and replied to 405 requests for pre-application advice; as well as giving informal advice during the Planning Surgery four times a week.
