Planning Guidance

The Planning Office endeavours to provide an efficient and helpful advice service to both the residents of the District as well as to agents and developers. In the financial year 2008/2009, we responded to 525 enquiries about permitted development and replied to 354 requests for pre-application advice; as well as giving informal advice during the Planning Surgery five days a week.
